Our online banking provider recently pushed out some updates that impacted some customer's ability to log in. If you are unable to access online banking or the mobile app, there are some actions you can take to regain access:
Online Banking
Online Banking users are encouraged to clear their browser history and cache. If you are still unable to log in, change your password.
Mobile App
iPhone users are encouraged to delete and reinstall the app. If you are still unable to log in, change your password.
Android users are encouraged to clear app storage and cache. (Phone Settings > Apps >Malvern Bank App > Clear Storage) Note: deleting and reinstalling the app has not been successful for Android users. If you are still unable to log in, change your password.
Note: if these steps were taken prior to Oct. 22nd, 2024 - they may need to be taken again.
