Many customers are still unable to access online banking and/or mobile banking. We truly understand how inconvenient this has been and we are working diligently with both providers in an attempt to find a total resolution.

There are a few things to try that have helped some customers:

-Online banking seems to be working more consistently than the mobile app. If online banking is not working for you, try clearing your browser history and cache.

-For the mobile app: iPhone users can try deleting and reinstalling the app and Android users are encouraged to clear app storage and cache.

If none of these resolutions work for you, you are invited to give us a call or stop into the bank and we can assist you with your banking needs.
